Sandbox

Build. Innovate. Launch.

BYU Sandbox is a two-semester, hands-on program designed for students looking to break into product management, software development, and the startup world. Through a structured curriculum and real-world projects, students gain practical experience working in cross-functional teams to build and launch innovative products.

In Sandbox, you don’t just learn about product management—you become a product manager. Students collaborate with developers and designers to take a product from idea to execution while receiving mentorship from industry professionals. Whether you're interested in tech startups, entrepreneurship, or corporate product roles, Sandbox equips you with the skills and experience that set you apart.

With a focus on experiential learning, Sandbox helps students bridge the gap between the classroom and the industry. By the end of the program, participants have a portfolio of real-world work, making them competitive candidates for top internships and full-time product roles.
